What does Peptags sell?

Peptags specializes in custom vial labels and accessories, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Labels are only made for peptides, no other products.

Shipping is only available within the United States.

Standard shipping is a flat fee of $6 for USPS Ground Advantage, includes tracking (3–5 days delivery time after mailing, depending on your location). 

 

USPS Priority is a flat fee of $12 (2-3 day delivery time after mailing).

 

UPS 2nd Day Air Weekday for $15.00 (delivers by 2nd business day after UPS picks up package) *this is not overnight shipping*

 

We have no control or responsibility over carrier delays.

 

Tracking numbers are automatically generated and e-mailed to you once the order is ready to ship. 

All orders ship from Pharr, Texas 78577.

At the moment, I am only taking orders within the United States. 

  1. Place your order on our website. Double-check all customization details before submitting!
  2. Select your product size, material type, and quantity, then add to cart.  Do this for each additional customization. 
  3. After ordering, you will be presented with payment instructions.  These will also be emailed to you.
  4. Once payment is received and confirmed, your order will begin processing.   If a question arises, I will communicate via e-mail.  Please respond promptly to avoid delays in your order.   

PLEASE NOTE: We will not create a custom design until an order is placed and paid.

Currently I accept Zelle & Cash App. Payment method information will be presented after order is placed. 

Regular label orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days.  Fully custom labels are processed withing 5-7 business days.  Process will be sooner, whenever possible. 

Shipping time depends on your selected shipping method and location (see question 2).

Selecting a faster shipping option does not mean a faster production time. 

Not always. While I make every effort to match your design, actual print colors may appear slightly lighter or darker due to differences between screen displays and printed colors.

Yes! Label applicators are usually in stock. If listed as out of stock, you can still order; they’ll be 3D-printed on demand.

If you notice an error on your behalf, contact me by email as soon as possible. If your order has not yet printed when I receive your email, I will make your correction.  If the order has already printed or shipped, corrections must be paid for.
