What does Peptags sell?
Peptags specializes in custom vial labels and accessories, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Labels are only made for peptides, no other products.
Shipping is only available within the United States.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat fee of $6 for USPS Ground Advantage, includes tracking (3–5 days delivery time after mailing, depending on your location).
Upgrade to UPS 2nd Day Air Weekday for $15.00.
Tracking numbers are automatically generated and e-mailed to you once the order is ready to ship. They will appear at the bottom of your confirmation e-mail.
All orders ship from South Texas.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, I am only taking orders within the United States.
What is your order process?
- Place your order on our website. Double-check all customization details before submitting!
- For multiple customized sheets with the same style/size, add each one separately to your cart.
- After ordering, you’ll get an email with payment options and instructions.
- Once payment is received, I will create your labels. If a question arises, I will communicate via e-mail.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not create a custom design until an order is placed and paid as time is valuable.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently I accept Zelle & Cash App. Payment method information will be emailed after your order is placed.

How long will it take to get my labels?
Regular label orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days. Fully custom labels are processed withing 5-7 business days. Process will be sooner, whenever possible.
Shipping time depends on your selected shipping method and location (see question 2).
Selecting a faster shipping option does not mean a faster production time.
Will the label colors look exactly like what I see on my screen?
Not always. While I make every effort to match your design, actual print colors may appear slightly lighter or darker due to differences between screen displays and printed colors.
Can I order accessories like label applicators?
Yes! Label applicators are usually in stock. If listed as out of stock, you can still order; they’ll be 3D-printed on demand.
How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are automatically generated and e-mailed to you once the order is ready to ship. You will find the tracking number at the bottom of the e-mail.
I made a mistake in my order/customization. Can I fix it?
If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. I try to process orders quickly, so changes are best made within a few hours of submitting your order.
