Custom Orders
Peptags creates custom products made to your specifications. Because each item is personalized, it is very important that you review all details before checkout.
By placing an order, you confirm that all customization information is correct, including spelling, strength, color, and any other personalization details. Customization will be printed exactly as submitted.
Proofreading and Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to carefully review your order before submitting it. We are not responsible for mistakes in information that you provide.
If you notice an issue after placing your order, please contact us right away. However, changes may not be available once the order has been placed or production has started.
Corrections and Reprints
If an item has already been printed and a correction is needed because of customer-provided information, the correction or reprint will be charged accordingly.
If we make an error on our end, we will work with you to correct it.
Returns and Refunds
Because our items are custom made, returns and refunds may not be available unless there is a mistake or defect caused by us.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.
